# Shipping & returns

Packed by the band in Birmingham and shipped anywhere in the US.

Free shipping on orders over $70.

## Shipping Policy

### Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order is packed by the band in Birmingham, Alabama.

### Rates

- **Standard** (3–5 business days in transit): $8, and free on orders of $70 or more.
- **Express** (1–2 business days in transit): $15.

You'll see the options and the final price at checkout before you pay.

### Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

### Preorders

Preorder items ship on the date shown on the product page.

### Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email [ccreding@icloud.com](mailto:ccreding@icloud.com) with your order number and we'll sort it out.

## Refund Policy

### Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange anything from the Wax Monkey store within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and unused, with its original tags.

To start a return or exchange, email [ccreding@icloud.com](mailto:ccreding@icloud.com) with your order number and what you would like to send back. We will reply with the return address. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.

You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Exchanges depend on what we have in stock.

### Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

### Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you and refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to post it.
