If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email ccreding@icloud.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
You can return or exchange anything from the Wax Monkey store within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and unused, with its original tags.
To start a return or exchange, email ccreding@icloud.com with your order number and what you would like to send back. We will reply with the return address. Please don't send items back before you hear from us.
You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Exchanges depend on what we have in stock.
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you and refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to post it.
